Once a caregiver has been deployed and duty has commenced, the registration/service fee of ₹2,500 is strictly non-refundable.
Once the staff is successfully onboarded, billing will follow a prepaid monthly or weekly payment cycle.
The one-time registration amount covers complete background verification and validation of the assigned caregiver or nurse, ensuring safety, trust, and peace of mind for your family.
All pricing is calculated per shift or per day. For 24-hour services, rotating caregivers are assigned to maintain high-quality care without fatigue.
Any medical supplies required during service (e.g., syringes, dressings, gloves, catheters, etc.) will be billed separately based on actual usage.
A travel allowance may apply in areas where public transportation is not accessible or unavailable. This ensures our staff can reach you safely and on time.
